Ingredients
GLUTEN-FREE WHEAT starch (Origin EU), water, extra virgin olive oil, dextrose, salt, brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, salt), corn flour, salt, vegetable fibres (psyllium, beet), sugar, acidity regulator: ammonium bicarbonate, stabiliser: guar gum, emulsifier: modified cellulose.
Topping: cheese 25% (MOZZARELLA fior di latte lactose-free (8%) (pasteurised cow's MILK, salt, rennet, lactic ferments), gorgonzola (1%) (MILK, salt, rennet), provola (8%) (pasteurised lactose-free MILK, lactic ferments, rennet, salt), edam (8%, lactose-free) (cow's MILK, salt, lactic ferments, microbial rennet, colour: E160a)).
