Ingredients
GLUTEN-FREE WHEAT starch (Origin EU), water, extra virgin olive oil, dextrose, salt, brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, salt), corn flour, salt, vegetable fibres (psyllium, beet), sugar, acidity regulator: ammonium bicarbonate, stabiliser: guar gum, emulsifier: modified cellulose.
Topping: MOZZARELLA fior di latte lactose-free (pasteurised cow's MILK, salt, rennet, lactic ferments), broccoli rabe (11%) (77% turnip tops, 15% extra virgin olive oil, red peppers, salt, garlic, chilli pepper), sausage (9%) (pork meat, water, salt, spices), high oleic sunflower oil.
